A light duty solution
Each Roller Element is 80mm long and 40mm wide and can be with or without a side guide. Use as many as you need to create a quick rolling mechanism, retrofitting them to Profile 8 structures.
ESD options are also available to alleviate static build up. The ESD options come with or without side guide.
No machining necessary
The Roller Elements can be fastened to any of the Profile 8 range using T-slot nuts 8 and button-head screws M4x25.
Calculating the load capacity
The permissable load for each Roller Element is:
F= 50 N
F= 30 N (ESD)
