Well Manufactured, Easy to Assemble
These conveyor lines are designed to be made to the length you require, installed quickly and modified whenever necessary. Manual Roller Conveyors are a popular and simple solution for many warehousing tasks. Using either gravity (on a slight angle) or manual handling, a manual roller conveyor can make it so much easier to move things from A to B. Conveyors can often save you time, money and very importantly, an employee’s health and wellbeing.
A computer-generated drawing of your conveyor can be provided during the process to take the guess-work out of such an important purchase.
Depending on the conveyor size, it may be possible to ship the unit to you fully assembled. However, in many cases, the conveyor can be delivered as a flat pack ready to assemble, in order to save costs.
Two Choices of Manual Conveyor
Two different styles are readily available in Australia, the TR30 and the TR50.
TR30
The TR30 Manual Roller Conveyor uses 30mm round aluminium as its base product. The length, width and stabilising frame can all be customised to suit the space you need. If you’re looking to move heavy or large objects, then the TR50 may be a better choice.

Choose from either aluminium or plastic rollers. Plastic rollers create a more gentle environment for supporting goods along their way. Both the aluminium and plastic rollers use the Profile Tube D30, Caps and Bearing Blocks to hold it all together.

TR50
The TR50 Manual Roller Conveyor uses 50mm rollers and the 80×40 t-slot aluminium as its base products. The TR50 can be easily assembled and rollers and bearings can be replaced without pulling apart the entire structure.
The length, width and stabilising frame can all be customised to suit the space you need. If you’re looking to move heavy or large objects, then the TR50 is a great choice.
