T-Slot Nuts

	T-slot Nuts are inserted into the aluminium profile grooves to connect one profile to another or to secure components to profile structures, allowing a clamping force for the screw in the groove. The range has several different sizes to correspond with the line of profile being used, whether it be 5, 6 or 8, as well as catering for various screw widths from M3 to M8. T-slot Nuts can be inserted from the side or the end of the groove in most instances, which is ideal for updating existing framework. Because there is no drilling into the profile, the connections can be moved or removed at a later date.

	T-slot Nuts Zn T-slot Nuts Zn and screws can be prefitted to the component to be secured, ie. the panel, and then inserted in the profile groove. Tightening the screw automatically locks the T-slot Nuts in place. T-slot Nuts Zn are suitable for light-duty applications and are not recommended for securing profile to profile.

T-slot Nuts St

Steel T-slot Nuts are the most broadly used type of t-slot nuts and are ideal for securing heavy components. They are inserted into the profile groove either from the side or the end and then secured with a screw.

T-slot Nuts V 8 St have an additional anti-torsion device that centres the t-slot nuts in the profile groove. This effectively prevents the t-slot nuts slipping out of the groove unintentionally.

T-slot Nuts St, Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty T-slot Nuts can be used for very heavy-duty fastening applications. Since their cross-section is adapted to the groove shape, tensile forces are guided into the aluminium profiles. They also have more supporting threads than the others and thus allows greater screw tightening torques.

Heavy Duty T-slot Nuts must be inserted into the end of the profile rather than the side.

Groove Profiles and Profile Bars

Groove Profiles and Profile Bars are cut to length and inserted into the groove.

The ability to customise the bars and drill holes means fastening elements are geared to the needs of the specific application.

Alternatively, Groove Profile 8 Al M8-60 is used for fastening elements with a constant spacing of 60mm. It is ideal for Conveyor Rollers which can be positioned with minimal axial spacing.
