The frame of the trolley is produced using Aluminium Profiles.  A variety of widths are available, as well as curved and angled profiles for special applications.

The profiles are provided with grooves for easy fastening.

A range of handles can be added, as well as hinges, parts containers, and more.

Mesh and polycarbonate panels are available.  As well as melamine board or aluminium plating for hard wearing surfaces.

End caps are pressed or tapped into the end face of the profiles where required.

Finish off the design with the most suitable set of castor wheels.  Castor wheel sizes are available by contacting us.

Built to order, your trolley will be completely suited to your individual needs.

We can produce a computer generated drawing of your required trolley for your approval before manufacture.
