| Our Modular Automation products are perfect for constructing roller conveyors, bearing units, timing belt drives, CNC machines and more.
The modular features allow for specially developed systems. From the simplest application right through to dynamic machines for precise linear movement. The components combine quickly and efficiently and in many cases without need for machining. |

| Roller Conveyors
Roller Conveyors can be easily produced, with or without side guide, in any width or length. A variable number of roller elements allows for optimisation, based on the product sizes being transferred. To find out more about roller conveyors, click here. |

| Chain Driven Roller Conveyors
A conveyor with chain-driven rollers is ideal for a whole range of automated conveyor and transport operations. The roller guides feature ease of assembly with flexilibility in length, width and functionality. The low resistance and generous dimensions contribute to the long service life. |

| Track Profile System
The Track Profile System is a solution for constructing heavy duty transport equipment. It consists of a special Track Profile and guided Rollers. They can be fitted to carriers or frames constructed from aluminium profiles. The result is a system for manual or automatic transportation that is particularly robust and insensitive to ambient factors such as dust and knocks. |

| Bearing Units
Bearing units enable components to move in a linear motion. The compact design of the components are a particular feature. They are used in conjunction with a carriage plate attached to the object to be moved. They can be driven by automated equipment such as timing belt drives or hand-driven. | Timing Belt Drives Timing Belt Drives are used to move bearing units along a shaft. They are particularly suitable for high speeds and extended stroke lengths. Systems can be developed to satisfy virtually any load and speed requirements. To find out more about Timing Belt Drives, click here. |

| Linear Unit KLE
A more advanced version of the Timing Belt Drive is the Linear Unit KLE. Its compact design has the internal functional elements underneath the timing belt, cutting the risk of contact with moving parts and contamination. The KLE is capable of travelling at 10m/s, with a repeat accuracy of +-0.1mm. The length of the unit can be customised, up to 6000mm. |

| C-Rail Systems
C-Rail Systems are specialized Roller Guides, incorporating shaft along the length of the rail. They are ideal for constructing compact guides, lifting doors, sliding doors and movable guarding. C-Rail Profile 6 and 8 can be cut to any length, up to 6 metres. |
