End Caps

Rounded Plastic End Caps are available to suit each of the available profile sizes, including curved profiles. They are simply pressed or tapped into the core bores.

The special dome geometry of the end cap suppresses vibrations and is resistant to temperature changes.

End Caps for components, such as Angle Brackets, are also available in the same rounded plastic.

Some fasteners require a drill hole through the profile. Caps for closing bores and holes are ideal for covering connection processing in profiles with closed grooves.

Grey caps can be used to seal the holes in the sides of profiles, without being conspicuous.

Caps for Bores and Holes

Radius Seals provide a continuous transition between the aluminium profile connections. This simplifies cleaning and prevents dirt from entering the profile cavities. Radius Seals can therefore be used particularly effectively in clean-room conditions. A range of sizes are available, catering for Profile 6 and Profile 8.

Rounded End Caps for conduit profiles are secured by means of Conduit Cap Fasteners in the corner of the cut length of profile.
